  • How old do I have to be to join?

    Members must be at least 18 years old. If you are 16 or 17 years of age you can join but you must have signed parental consent.

  • Will Someone Show Me Around?

    Yes, we will always endeavour to personally show you our facilities. To ensure you receive this complete service, please contact the gym in advance to arrange an appointment with one of our friendly staff. If you are unable to make an appointment, subject to staff availability, we will still make every attempt to give you a tour. If this is not possible, one of our reception staff can highlight the areas and layout of the gym for you. To ensure that you start your new membership in the best way possible, you will receive a free session with a personal trainer on joining. This is a great way to have an induction to the gym and to kick start your new training regime (a program will be provided for you).

  • Lose your weak spot.

    Employ your time in improving yourself by other men’s writings, so that you shall gain easily what others have labored hard for.

  • Keep your stats, see amazing results.

    Working from home meant we could vary snack and coffee breaks, change our desks or view, goof off, drink on the job, even spend the day in pajamas, and often meet to gossip or share ideas. On the other hand, we bossed ourselves around, set impossible goals, and demanded longer hours than office jobs usually entail. It was the ultimate “flextime,” in that it depended on how flexible we felt each day, given deadlines, distractions, and workaholic crescendos.
